September 4, 2020 at 3:36 pmI can’t recommend these guys enough. We saw Dr. Melissa there and she was fantastic in her approach to managing my dog and ensuring that patient health and well-being was always the number 1 priority.
When the time came for us to put him down, the staff were incredibly patient and kind. Special shoutout to one of the nurses there, Alicia, I think was her name and she was so so great in making sure that we had time to say our goodbyes and grieve.

September 23, 2023 at 4:56 amTheir services are quite expensive. I felt like my pet went through unnecessary tests and treatments, making me wonder if they were charging too much. I’ve been with them for almost two years, but my pet’s problem remains unsolved. They ran tests but couldn’t pinpoint the issue. They suggested castration as a guess, with no guarantee it would help.
The nurses often recommended returning for more treatment, but it didn’t seem to make a difference. Sometimes, I doubted if the vets’ diagnoses were accurate. While they know their stuff, there were times when they seemed to be wrong about my pet’s condition.
I’ve seen many bad reviews about the nurses being rude and messing up appointments, hanging up the phone suddenly, booking the wrong dates, and charging extra. They even have extra charges for walk-ins and last-minute appointments, which is frustrating. They also didn’t answer calls promptly and gave incorrect medication instructions. Their receptionists need to improve their manners.
In summary, be cautious when dealing with this clinic. My experiences and the negative reviews suggest there are risks involved for pet owners.
