September 12, 2017 at 12:13 pmThe only vet clinic in the west. Not a fan of their services. They forgot (or missed out or miscommunicated etc) to give my poor dog her annual vaccination (2014, 2015) 2 years in a row.
As a new dog owner (in 2014) I relied on their professional know how to guide my through the medical processes my adopted dog would require.
In 2014, despite me being a rockie in dog ownership, my dog’s shelter personal educated me on the importance of annual vaccination for my dog. Hence, the reason to arrange for the vet visit. Told the counter staff that my dog would need to be sterilized and given her annual vaccine, and pro heart jab. Trusted the staff to execute the procedures.
Fast forward to 24th Dec 2016 (last week), on my dog’s 3rd visit (annually) to the clinic, to our absolute horror, we found out that the clinic has no record of my dog’s annual vaccination – and they concluded that no vaccination was given to my poor dog for the past 2 years.
No dog owner should go through what we went through. Thankfully my dog has not met with any mishap as a result of their negligence.
The clinic was not apologetic towards their negligence. They swiped the matter under the rug. Charged us for 2016 annual vaccine. Arranged for Jan 2017 booster shot for the vaccine. No words of sorry. No compensation for the negligence.
On an objective note, the staff are very friendly.
Do remember to check and double check the procedures you have requested for. Check the invoice and clarify what you have paid for.
Don’t be like us.
Now I blame myself for not checking throughly that she received all the medical procedures she should have recieved and putting my dog in a dangerous situation where she is unprotected.

August 23, 2021 at 6:13 amStrongly NOT recommend. Brought my cat in for wound management, total days my cat was there 11 days. During the 11 days I visited her and noticed the wound never get any better ! My cat was totally neglected ! On her was a soft collar and most of the time when I visited her , her collar was filthy and smelly ( this was due to my cat having loose stool and dirtied her collar) I had to clean her coat and collar every visit . There was no proper cleaning of her wound for 11 days ! 4 days ago, I visited my cat and informed the nurses that I will be fetching my cat today at 3pm ! Today ! Today I was there at 3pm , my cat was not ready to be checked out . Was asked to come back 20 min later. After 20mins I was told , there will be an afternoon cleaning at 4pm and was given a choice if I would like to clean the wound myself or wait by 4pm ? I decided to return at 4.30pm . Guess what at 4.30pm still not ready and finally at 5pm my cat was brought to me . I was shocked to see that she was filthy ! Whole body covered with her 11 days dried poo poo , she was so stressed up and NO sign of cleaning done ! When I checked my invoice I was shocked again to see that they did not key in what was promised ! I was told that the charges will be under hospitalisation which includes daily cleaning of wound ! The counter nurse who claimed was a relieve staff didnt know what actually transpired between me and the staff who attended to me 4 days ago. Left hand do not know what right hand is doing and me as their customer must be alert enough ! Before my cat was brought there , I was told to bring her medication , food , probiotics and her other supplements n I brought all of it there ! Probiotics was supposed to be given daily . I brought 10 capsules there and yet nothing was used for my cat ! This clearly shows that they did not care for my cat at all ! Having said all these , I realised one medication was not returned to me ! Nurses are very incompetent ! Very unethical and snobbish and very in different ! Did not portray a good professional image every time when I brought in my cat for check up . My cat is a small domestic short hair and they can’t even assist the doctor ! I doubt they are professionally trained ! They shouldn’t be working with animals because based on how my cat was treated there they are only interested in money making ! Love of animals they are FAR FROM It !!!!
For those out there , please check your bills before u pay and if you happen to have your pet boarded there please visit your pet UNANNOUNCED only then u will know how they treat your pet ! !!!!!!
