Overpriced for poor services when I brought my kitten in for castration. They cut his nails to the quick, and let him steep in his own urine post-op, long enough that it seeped and dried in his fur from his hind to fore quarters. The carrier was filthy when we picked him up from the clinic.
Staff at the front desk is also terribly disorganised and scatterbrained, mixing up details, information and requests. The vet who consulted seemed helpful enough, but I’d have serious reservations about returning here.
The Joyous Vet at CCK takes far better care of their patients, despite their tightly booked calendars.
I always recommend Vets for Pets to everyone who asked me for a recommendation. The vets and staff are polite, humble and attentive. They do not charge excessively like other vets. And they are one of the vets that are helping to provide sterilisation for the stray cats.
My female cat die 4 days after she’s been sterilised by the vet here despite I bought her in to see them again when I detected she was in pain and they checked her and gave her pain killer. It cost me a bomb for all the checks but then she die few hrs later that day. Dunno what the hell they gave her. My cats was a young cat and all they can tell me was that she didn’t look like she need an emergency treatment and the missed to catch the sign. I wouldn’t bring my cats there ever. 😡😞
I tried calling a few times to book for appointment but I couldn’t get anyone to answer my call. I then sent an email to the email address given, but my email was bounced back to me as the email address was not valid. I am not sure if the clinic is still operating.
